At DC’s Clean Scene LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will gladly return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

Our goal is to correct the issue — not automatically issue refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of DC’s Clean Scene LLC.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The concern is reported within 24 hours

  • We are given the opportunity to re-clean the area

  • The issue falls within the agreed service scope

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Areas outside the original service agreement

  • Pre-existing damage or heavy buildup not disclosed

  • Dissatisfaction reported after 48 hours

  • Failure to provide access for a scheduled re-clean

  • Odors, stains, or permanent surface damage that cannot be corrected

  • Change of mind after service completion

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must follow our Terms & Conditions policy.

Late cancellations may incur fees and are not refundable.

5. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact DC’s Clean Scene LLC directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.

6. Recurring Services

For recurring clients, dissatisfaction must be reported promptly so corrections can be made for future visits. Refunds for recurring services are rarely issued but service adjustments may be provided.

7. Final Determination

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of DC’s Clean Scene LLC based on service scope, documentation, and communication.
