Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

DC’s Clean Scene LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are limited to those outlined in the selected service package or written agreement.

Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property:

• A lockout fee of $75–$150 may apply.

• The appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Clients are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any special access instructions.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via [Insert: card, ACH, cash, etc.].

• Recurring services may require a card on file.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than required notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address the specific concern at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

6. Condition of Home / Pre-Existing Damage

Clients must disclose:

• Fragile or valuable items

• Pre-existing damage

• Areas requiring special handling

DC’s Clean Scene LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Pre-existing wear and tear

• Improper installation of fixtures

• Unsecured items

• Normal aging of surfaces

7. Safety & Working Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• The environment poses health or safety risks

• There is aggressive behavior from individuals or animals

• Hazardous materials are present

8. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own standard cleaning supplies unless otherwise requested.

If clients request use of specific products, we are not liable for any damage caused by those products.

9. Liability Limitations

DC’s Clean Scene LLC is insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for:

• Items not disclosed as fragile

• Cash or valuables not secured

• Damage reported more than 48 hours after service

10. Recurring Service Agreements

Recurring services may be subject to updated pricing with written notice. Either party may terminate recurring service with written notice.

11. Independent Contractor Status

DC’s Clean Scene LLC operates as an independent business entity and is not an employee of the client.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
